RIO GRANDE VALLEY, Texas – Deputies responded to an auto-pedestrian accident in the area of Lott Rd. west of Midway Road on Rio De Carmen.
A young girl was hit and taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Unfortunately, the small child did not survive the collision.
