Whataburger Fires Back At Houston firearms store over custom Whataburger-themed gun

VIA KPRC HOUSTON   Whataburger is firing back at a Houston based firearms store for using their logo without permission according to KPRC Houston. 

HTX Tactical customized an AR Pistol for, college student and gun enthusiast, Chris Burling the orange really pops, he told KPRC.

Customizing a gun and burger might be easy but the critics aren’t having any of it, Whataburger released a statement about the pistol saying: 

This product is not affiliated or licensed by the Whataburger brand in any way. Whataburger did not give HTX Tactical permission to use our brand and logo, and we are reaching out to HTX Tactical to cease distribution of this product. Whataburger Corporate Communications

Tuesday, HTX Tactical’s video of the Whataburger themed pistol has over 1.1 million views.
