U.S. CBP Mobile Field Force training in the Rio Grande Valley

PHARR, Texas – As the huge surge of immigrants from Central America continues, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers are training for an even bigger group of migrants that may be on the way.

This video is provided to us from CBP. It shows some of the intesive training by the officers. The eight port of entries extending from Brownsville to Laredo to Del Rio continue to conduct Mobile Field Exercises to secure the naton’s borders.

It’s part of CBP’s special response tactics. The agency wants the public to know that they are ready at all times to protect the border and to not be alarmed by the training exercises.
