The McAllen Public Library is now considered the most beautiful in the State of Texas. After the transformation of an abandoned Walmart, the 123,000 square foot building is now the largest single foot library in the nation.
Some of the amenities include 16 meeting spaces, 14 study rooms, and more than 100 computers. The new McAllen Public Library sees an average of 60,000 visitors every month. It will be celebrating its five year anniversary in December.
