VALLEYWIDE, Texas - The teen accused of murdering ten people during a mass school shooting in Texas last spring has been indicted on a charge of capital murder of multiple persons.
One of those victims was Cynthia Tisdale from the Rio Grande Valley.
17 year old Dimitrio Pagourtzis allegedly killed eight students and two teachers, including Tisdale, at Santa Fe High School.
Investigators say he used a shotgun and revolver legally owned by his father.
Pagourtzis is currently being held without bond. He also faces a charge of aggravated assault on a public servant.
