The Rio Grande sector of the U.S. Border Patrol continues to lead the nation in the apprehensions of undocumented immigrants.
It comes at a time that the numbers are dwindling in other sectors.
The scene repeats itself almost every day as groups of people, mostly from Central America, make their way across the border.
That was the case in Abram, Texas where sixteen immigrants were found hiding out from agents in an abandoned house.
The group was from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
Agents found two even larger groups near Hidalgo, a total of 86 people including families and children from Guatemala and Honduras.
In the month of July, the RGV sector caught more than half of all family units in the United States.
