More than a million dollars stolen from customers accounts.
45 year old, Cynthia Luna Rodriguez admitted to the crimes, specifically targeting the elderly who had limited access to the bank.
Rodriguez went as far as changing addresses on accounts and falsifying bank letters to control access.
It happened over an 8 year span while she was employed at First National Bank in Edinburg.
An audit revealed her $1.3 million fraud.
Today, a judge handed Rodriguez an 85 month sentence followed by three years of supervised release.
