Because the local animal shelters were closed for Labor Day, we’re going to introduce you to one dog today who is looking for a forever home.

“Hello, my name is Cristian Recio, adoption specialist here at the Brownsville Animal Regulation and Care Center. This is Moon, our superstar Pet of the Week. Moon is a Siberian Husky mix, about a year and a half, and she has beautiful blue eyes. She’s really sweet, she’s good to take on walks. The fee is $106, which includes the microchip, the spaying, the neutering, the vaccinations, the rabies, city license. If you’re interested in adopting moon or any of her shelter friends, please stop by at 416 FM 511 or call us at 544-7351.”

And some good news – Ginger, the Daschund we featured last week, was adopted from the same shelter.”
