Murder Case Trial Rescheduled

Trial rescheduled for tomorrow morning in a murder case dating back to January of 2016.

The case involves 19-year-old Frank Alan Taylor III. On January 20, 2016, Taylor was believed to have shot Byron Pineda in the back at what authorities believe was a house party in Harlingen. Taylor was 16 at the time of the incident. He was detained at the Darrell Hester Juvenile Detention Center.

Just yesterday, April 23, 2018 we saw the 19-year-old in court where jury selection had just begun. This morning find trial will resume tomorrow at 9:00 AM at the Cameron County 138th District Court.
