Mexico deports Hondurans

MEXICO – Earlier this week, Mexican immigration officials deported 204 migrants back to Honduras. 

This is according to Mexico’s National Institute of Migration which posted photos taken in Veracruz. 

The institute says the migrant’s immigration status were deemed “irregular” which kept them from staying in Mexico.

Many of the migrants were women and young children.

According to USA today, Mexican government abruptly stopped issuing humanitarian visas at the border with Guatemala.
