MCALLEN, Texas – McDonalds is looking to award up to $100,000 in scholarships for deserving Hispanic high school seniors.
Beginning January 16th through February 5th the McDonald’s “Hacer National Scholarship” will be accepting applications. There will be up to 30 potential winners selected based on academic achievement, community involvement, and financial need.
Officials say the education gap for Hispanic students in the U.S. is a reality that can’t be ignored. Details on how to apply will be released on January 16th.
