Large Amounts Of Hard Narcotics Seized

Nearly $7 million dollars worth of hard narcotics were seized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The discovery was made at the Pharr International Bridge.

The large packages of methamphetamine, cocaine, and heroin were all hidden within a commercial shipment of stone blocks arriving from Mexico.

With the help of a canine team, CBP officers seized a total of 35 packages of meth, seven of cocaine, and two of heroin.

The case remains under investigation by homeland security agents.
