Harlingen Police Searching For Hit And Run Suspect

On 9/15/2018 at approximately 6:43 AM, the Harlingen Police Department received a call of an Auto-Pedestrian Crash at 3000 W. Lincoln Street. 

Harlingen Officers arrived at location, and made contact with the victim.

The victim advised that she was jogging eastbound on Lincoln St. when a dark colored SUV, possibly a Jeep Liberty, struck her with the vehicle mirror.

The victim was knocked to the ground, and received non-life threatening injuries. 

Harlingen EMS transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment. 

The Harlingen Highway Enforcement is currently investigating this crash.
