Fast food chain may shutdown 37 locations

HARLINGEN, Texas – A local Burger King franchise owner is getting hit with a whopper of a lawsuit and may shut down 37 locations in south Texas. It comes after media partner Telemundo 40’s investigation which found employees serving food with rats in the kitchen. Local 23’s Derick Garcia is at the location where the video was recorded.
