Another Large Group Of Immigrants Turn Themselves In

Local News

Though that caravan is close to a thousand miles away from any U.S. border, large groups of undocumented immigrants keep pouring into the Rio Grande Valley.

Most of them are composed of family units and unaccompanied children.

Just yesterday, a group of 69 immigrants turned themselves into border patrol near the Hidalgo pump house.

On Tuesday evening, another 30 undocumented immigrants gathered after crossing the Rio Grande, and also turned themselves in.

The majority of them are from Guatemala.
