It's the annual migration that fuels the Valley's economy and introduces us to new friends, it's the yearly influx of so called Winter Texans, here's Kristi Collier with the Welcome Home Winter Texan Report.

Kristi takes us to the Forum in McAllen where the First Responders Leadership Program is being hosted. There are eighteen responders that are retired nurses and they provide a bridge between residents and ambulance service and medical facilities that are available in the community.
