Winter's Last Stand in Texas?
A Wind Chill Advisory is posted for the RGV until 6 a.m. Wednesday. We'll wake up to cloudy skies, fog, and temperatures in the 30s. By mid morning, however, those clouds and fog will start to clear away. Highs will climb to the 50s and even 60 along the border.
By Friday, temperatures will be close to 80 with mid 80s coming in by the work week.
So is this winter's last stand in Texas? Another cold front is certainly possible before winter officially ends. Until then, the RGV can stop shivering and start smiling in the sunshine.
