The Valley can always use some rainfall, even if it is a cold, dreary rain.  Brownsville received 0.27 inches on Tuesday, bringing the official total to 1.03 inches for the year.  Brownsville's normal rainfall for the year-to-date is 2.5 inches.

Our next chance of rain will be on Sunday as yet another cold front sweeps into the RGV.

Until then, enjoy a lot more sunshine.  Enjoy a warm up in temperatures as well, with a high on Wednesday of 68.  Thursday:  75.  Friday:  79.  Saturday:  81.

McAllen has received 0.9 inches so far this year with its normal rainfall at 2.32 inches.  Harlingen has received 1.19 inches this year with its normal at 2.62 inches.
