VALLEY FORECAST: Thursday will be partly to mostly cloudy. The SE winds will range from 10-25 mph. Highs will climb to 90 in the Lower Valley, 94 in the Upper. On Friday, look for partly cloudy skies with a high of 90 in the Lower Valley, 93 in the Upper. The SE winds will range from 10-25 mph.
