VALLEY FORECAST: Friday will be partly to mostly cloudy with SE winds at 10-25 mph. Highs will be 89 in the Lower Valley, 93 in the Upper. Saturday will be partly cloudy and a little warmer with highs of 91 in the Lower Valley, 95 in the Upper. The SE winds will range from 10-25 mph.
