Would you drive your 18-year old son to Austin at 11 o'clock on a Friday night?

McAllen's all-district offensive line-man Tino Hong's playmaking ability earned him the recognition to play for the T-H-S-C-A all-star game tomorrow in austin -- but it was his dad's ability to stay awake and drive him from the Valley to Austin over-night that has him on the roster. Number 73 was asked to join the South's all-star team late Friday -- but he had to be at practice that Saturday morning -- he made it -- now you can expect to see him alongside McAllen Memorial grad Patrick Granchelli in tomorrow's contest.
SOT: it's going to feel amazing and i'm excited -- can't think of a way to describe it except it's up there next to extraordinary.
TRACK: Pat and Tino also have a unique connection -- we'll have that story in tomorrow's neighborhood sports...
