Former Cowboys starting quarterback and former acquisition of the A-F-2 Rio Grande Valley Dorados, Quincy Carter covers it all in a sit-down interview...

D-F-W Reporting -dot - com spoke to Carter about drug use and addition, about Jerry Jones releasing him, and even about who Carter believes should be the starter for the 2009 Cowboys...

I blame myself because if I wouldn't have failed that test we wouldn't even be talking right now and Tony Romo wouldn't be playing for the Dallas Cowboys and I can say that with a straight face...

Instead, Carter suits up for the Indoor Football League's Abilene Ruff Riders -- cashing a mere 200 dollars a game -- in February he was arrested on DUI charges and drug possession in Mission before he even took a snap for the Valley's A-F-2 squad, the Dorados.
