East Brownsville 11 12 year-old All-Stars are on their way to state becoming the first team ever from Brownsville in this division to make it this far.

The All-Stars claimed the District 24 title by beating Willacy County, then marched through sectionals, earning 1 of 4 available spots in the state championship bracket this weekend. The state champion will have a chance to play in the girls softball little league world series which includes the best teams from the United States, Canada, Asia, and Latin America.
