Lopez high school right tackle Michael Sanchez will head to New Mexico in the fall to play for the New Mexico Marine Institute. Friends and school administrators were on hand to support Sanchez as he signed his letter.

He is unsure what position he'll play when he gets to the school, but hopes to play right tackle or on the offensive line.
