PHARR, Texas – RGV Bravos FC confirmed the continuity of Brazilian Technical Director Ismael “Moreira” Braga for the 2010 USL Premier Development season.

“The organization is very happy with the results that Coach ‘Moreira’ Braga obtained this season,” Bravos FC General Manager Miguel Puente said.

“It’s not an easy task to build a team from nothing in less tan six months and turn it into a competitive one with an aggressive and offensive style that is entertaining for the fans,” he added.

Coach “Moreira” Braga, who played for legendary Brazilian clubs Botafogo, Flamengo and Santos, and was selected to the Brazilian National Team from 1967-70, debuted as Bravos FC’s Technical Director on May 8 against expansion West Texas United in the USL PDL.

“Moreira” Braga finished the season with a 6-5-5 record in Bravos FC’s 2009 inaugural season with 23 points and fifth place in the Mid South Division of the PDL.
