Robert Garcia returns to the RGV and Marines Promotions following a two-year hiatus. Garcia says, "it wasn't going smooth, and I couldn't find any fights."
Enter his Uncle, promoter Julio Marines, who led Garcia to a #3 world ranking two-years ago. Today Garcia returns a wiser and very hungry man saying, "mentally I've matured and I'm about to give everyone a story to write."
