Willies Furniture and Appliance store closed it's doors for a week during the Christmas holidays, but their doors never re-opened leaving many customers with paid transactions and no furniture, Josh Navarro spoke to the Better Business Bureau and has their words of warning.
The Better Business Bureau of South Texas has reported that they have received calls from a consumer stating that they had paid for some merchandise and have not received the goods. Dolores Salinas, President of the Better Business Bureau, says the customer waited after the Christmas holidays to receive a refund but the store has been closed for a week and the store is still closed.
