How do you know when it's the right time to have kids?
Putting motherhood on hold could lead to more stress down the road according to a recent study out of UCLA.
Researchers looked at employed mothers and found 44 percent say they have too little time with their youngest child.
73 percent say they don't have enough time with their spouse, and 74 per cent have too little time for themselves
Researchers don't suggest an ideal age for parenthood.
In dual income families researchers say dads are picking up more of the slack, and in the last 20 years have more than doubled the number of hours they devote to childcare.
