McAllen police have arrested the driver involved in a fatal accident that killed a 16 year-old boy.
Omar Ulicie Hernandez Rivera was charged with failure to identify on Wednesday afternoon. Police say that Rivera is a deportee and is wanted by immigration officials. Rivera was not at fault in the accident that killed the boy on Tuesday, but he was arrested for his illegal status.
