Criminal interdiction is their goal; combating organized crime, seizing drugs and stopping human smuggling. Much of what's happening here on the home front, is linked to drug cartels over in Mexico, according to officials. Nearly 100 law enforcement agents from all over South Texas attended a briefing in Indian Lake, on the newest intelligence gathered on top drug cartels and their leaders.

The nearly 440 acre property is located off of Texas 100 and it's purpose is to train officers and agents beyond the standard training they receive.
Mr Wadsworth, the head of the company and an ex-law enforcement officer, states that a officers responsibilities, here in the Valley, are far different from anywhere else in the country. He says by gathering the very latest information, concerning the inner workings of top drug cartels and being prepared to got to battle, officers can better protect themselves and the public.
