Weslaco police are searching for Julio C. Perez and authorities believe he may have fled to El Paso.
Perez is accused of raping a 33 year-old victim after he claimed to have training in physical therapy. An arrest warrant has been issued for Perez and ask that if you know his whereabouts to contact Weslaco Crime Stoppers at 956.968.TIPS.
