Petals on the Lake Held to Remember Victims of Domestic Violence

October is Domestic Violence Month and to remember the victims the Cameron County District Attorneys Office held a ceremony called Petals on the Lake.

During the ceremony, petals were thrown into the water at Dean Porter Park to remember domestic violence victims. On hand were members of the District Attorney's office and a speech was given by a domestic violence survivor.
