Enrique Suarez of Pharr has been charged with indecency with a child after a 7 year-old girl claims Suarez inappropriately touched her.
The alleged incident happened while the girl was living with the defendant and a further investigation was conducted at a McAllen hospital and Estellas House, a Hidalgo county child advocacy center. Police were able to gather enough information to arrest Suarez and his bond has been set at $50,000 dollars.
