Two additional charges have been filed against Jacob Valentine Vasquez for inappropriately touching two young girls.
Vasquez went before Municipal Judge Ben Neece on Tuesday and was formally charged with two counts of attempted injury to a child. He is accused of fondling two girls on their buttocks, over their clothes, with the intent to arouse or gratify a sexual desire. Both incidents occurred in mid-August at a Walmart located on Alton Gloor. Vasquez's bond was set at $75,000 dollars a piece after the new charges were set.
