Juan Rivera entered a plea of no contest and found guilty on charges of continuous sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Rivera admitted to sexually assaulting a 10 year-old victim beginning in December 2007 till August 2009 after the child made a outcry to someone. Rivera will also be required to register as a sexual offender.
