A man listed on Tennessee's ten most wanted is behind bars in Brownsville after a weekend arrest.
Border Protection officers arrested 37 year-old Michael Scott Henry of Ripley,Tennessee at the Gateway bridge on Sunday afternoon. He is accused of killing Jason Powledge in Henry's apartment sometime between March 9th and the morning of March 10th.
An agent says he discovered the outstanding arrest warrant for the second degree murder charge when doing a background check. Police arrested Henry and turned him over to the Cameron County Sheriff's Department where he is awaiting for extradition.
