One of Cameron county's top ten most wanted fugitives is now behind bars after months on the run.
Mickey Dean Stephens was arrested by DPS officers in Conroe, Texas. Cameron county started their search for Stephens in August 2008 and when he was ordered to appear in court after being charged with indecency with a child. This arrest leaves eight more fugitives still on the run and if you have any information on any of the remaining eight call the D.A.'s office at 956.544.0849.
