Border security still top priority for Governor Perry.

With the violence still going on in the border towns, Governor Rick Perry is still working on his security plan to prevent a spill over of violence into Texas is still a priority. He has asked the federal government for National Guard troops to be sent to the Valley to help protect the border from any violence crossing over from the Mexican side.
