Just three days after the announcement that Quincy Carter will not play in the Valley as a Dorado, the controversial quarterback is making headlines once again this time with a mug shot.
Former Dallas Cowboys and now former RGV Dorados quarterback is in drug trouble again. DPS officials say Carter was arrested on drunk driving and marijuana possession charges on Friday morning. He was stopped in Mission for not using his a turn signal and the officer noticed Carter was visibly impaired. Carter failed a sobriety tests and blew a .14 blood alcohol content, twice the legal limit. Carter was arraigned on Friday and bonded out the same day.
