Wet soil may have caused train to derail off track.

Investigators in McAllen believe wet soil was the cause of a train to derail on Tuesday afternoon. At least three train cars came off the track near Pecan and Bicentennial Boulevard causing police to close the area from traffic. Officials say no one was hurt and the material being carried by the train posed no safety concerns.
