John Allen Rubio's Defense Requests Venue Change

John Allen Rubio was back in a court room today. Defense attorneys are requesting that Rubio's second trial for capital murder in the deaths of his two children and one step child, be held outside of Cameron County. Rubio's attorney's say a fair trial is not likely here because the case has been highly publicized and followed by the community.
