NTSB searches for answers in Massachusetts jet crash that left seven dead. Justin Michaels reports.
(NECN) Federal transportation investigators are piecing together clues about what happened during the attempted takeoff of a Gulfstream IV that crashed and killed all seven people on board at Hanscom Field in Bedford, Massachusetts.
New aerial video shows just how badly mangled the plane wreckage is. The front of the plane can be seen and the cockpit is quite a distance from the rest of the debris.
A National Transportation Safety Board spokesman says investigators are searching for the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder from Saturday's crash. The plane rolled 2,000 feet off the runway before it plunged into the gully.
