Jury selection begins in Rubio case.

Jury selection gets underway on Wednesday to determine if accused child killer, John Allen Rubio, is competent to stand trial.

More than five hundred Cameron county residents have been called for jury duty and will be screened by defense attorneys and prosecutors who are working the case. Rubio is accused of murdering his three children back in 2003 by smothering, stabbing and mutilating the children.
