Even a little rain is good! But a little rain on Good Friday is just great.
The RGV will start out mostly cloudy on Friday with a chance of scattered showers. On Thursday, Brownsville received .28 inches for a year-to-date total of 2.50 inches. Harlingen received .07 inches on Thursday for a year-to-date total of 2.94 inches. Unfortunately, the Upper Valley was rain free.
The best chance of showers on Friday will be in the morning and early afternoon. By Friday evening, the skies will start to clear up for a warm Easter Weekend.
