If you were awake very early Saint Patrick's Day morning, you saw the full moon setting. This photo was taken in Harlingen.
Here's a schedule of all the remaining full moons for 2014:
April 15, May 14, June 13, July 12, August 10, September 9, October 8, November 6, and December 6.
But something very special and very rare happens to the full moon on April 15. It will be a "Blood Moon," appearing orange and then red in the sky. The blood moon will be explained in my next Weather Talk post on Wednesday.
Saint Patrick's day was a cool day with the passage of the cold front, but the high temperatures return quickly to the 80s on Tuesday. The winds will get a little gusty Tuesday afternoon from the South at 10-40 mph. For my full forecast, please click here.. http://www.kveo.com/weather
