Kentucky man accused of leaving wheelchair-bound mother outside in a tent in sub-freezing temperatures. Jessica Reyes reports.
(WLEX) A Kentucky man is accused of forcing his wheelchair-bound mother to stay outside in sub-freezing temperatures.
The woman was found in a tent in the Possum Hollow area of Harlan County.
Deputies said Brandon Buell left her there overnight, with her wheelchair nowhere near her.
"I got no idea how he got her from here to there," Special Deputy John Gross of Harlan County Sheriff's Office said.
The woman had early stages of hypothermia when found.
