A cell phone leads police to a man accused of burglarizing a car in a San Juan neighborhood.
Police say Santiago Quintanilla broke into a car and stole jewelry and papers containing personal information. It happened around 5 a.m. Wednesday morning when a police officer spotted Quintanilla walking around in the neighborhood. The officer questioned Quintanilla and discover discrepancies in his story. Police officers made a search around the neighborhood and after searching inside a vehicle found Quintanilla's cell phone inside. Police did find stolen items from the vehicle on Quintanilla plus drugs in his possession. He's being held on a $70,000 dollar bond.
