HARLINGEN, TX (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — A complaint of loud music, from a street corner, leads to police arresting six men on various charges.
On Monday, February 10th at around 1:00 a.m. Harlingen police were dispatched to the corner of Marchita and Granada in reference to loud music.
When police arrived they witnessed a group of men engaged in a verbal dispute resulting in the arrest of six individuals.
Arrested was Jose Alfredo Conde, 37, Francisco Mancillas, 28, Andres Lopez, 48, Rene Ruiz, 32, Julio Vizcano Lopez, 26, and Edgardo Guzman Torres, 26, with all six being charged with public intoxication.
Conde, Mancillas and Ruiz were additional charged with Class C misdemeanors, Vizcano Lopez was also charged with possession of marijuana and Lopez with possession of a controlled substance.
