Wanted sex offender arrested at port of entry.

A fugitive sex offender was arrested and brought back to the United States at the Gateway International bridge in Brownsville.

David Allen Russell was a wanted man for violating the terms of his probation and failing to register as a sex offender. He was convicted on two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact in Tarrant county. He was reported to have fled to Mexico in 2009 and authorities say he agreed to voluntarily give himself up.
