The Texas teen who was sentenced to 10 years probation after he admitted to driving drunk in a crash that killed four people is scheduled back to court on Wednesday afternoon.
Ethan Couch is expected to hear the terms of his probation.
Attorneys for the teen claimed he was a victim himself of "Affluenza," meaning he was the product of privileged parents who never set limits for the boy.
At this point, it's still unclear where the media will be allowed into today's hearing.
The judge on Tuesday denied a request from the local media to have a hearing on whether the proceedings should be open to the public.
